We are big fans of democratic design. What exactly does that mean?

It means acknowledging that great ideas come from everyone, not just creative professionals. At Y\Wd, we see design as a team effort. Our role is to use our 20+ years of experience, design tools & collaborative principles to create opportunities for great ideas to find a voice.
