A young family’s retreat from the urban assault. Taking cues from the region’s agricultural buildings, the home is envisioned as a series of three gabled forms linked by glassy hallways. Expansive windows take advantage of the site’s terraced views of the Columbia Gorge, Mount Hood and Mount Adams.
